Some Busy Bee Events!

7/21 Belgian Independence Day Celebration Brunch! We'll have some rare Belgian brews on tap to celebrate: Klokke Roeland, Dupont Belge & Bockor 1892!

8/1 Brooklyn Brewery Takeover! All 12 downstairs lines will be filled with delicious offerings from our friends in NY.  They'll include Mary's Maple Porter, Companion, Scorcher #366, Weisse (state exclusive!), Dunkel (exclusive!) Black Chocolate Stout, Monster, Sorachi Ace, Blast, Silver Anniversary Lager, & Pilsner!

8/6 Olde Hickory Beer Dinner: 5 courses from chef David Mitchell paired with 5 delicious beers from our NC friends!  $50 per person and resos can be made by emailing info@busybeeraleigh.com   **We'll have a very special keg of rum barrel aged Event Horizon for this dinner!!!**

8/25-9/1 Raleigh Beer Week!  Our events will include a meet the brewer night with Boulevard as well as a barrel aged blowout where we'll be raiding the basement! 

9/17 Anderson Valley Brewing Company Beer Dinner: Look for some new releases like their 1st ever pumpkin beer, a hoppy session ale, and maybe something sour!?  5 beers in total paired with 5 courses from Chef Dave's kitchen.  $50 per person.  Email info@busybeeraleigh.com for seats!

The beginning of the Olde Hickory Brewery beer dinner menu for Tuesday:
1st Course
Bibb Salad
Local Peaches, Aged Gouda, Pickled Onions, Herb Vinaigrette
With Comet Pale Ale

2nd Course
Local Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio
Micro Greens, Smoked Salt, Three Pepper Aioli
With Hefeweizen

3rd Course
“She Crab” Cake
Jalapeno Sweet Corn Succotash, Cucumber Relish
With Amarillo & Simcoe dry hopped Death by Hops Cask

4th Course
Beer-braised Beef Cheek and Caramelized Onion Ravioli, Local Kale, Oyster Mushrooms.
With Rum Barrel Aged Event Horizon

We haven't decided what to pair with Blendiculous yet!
