Local Beer Advice

NC Beer Lovers-

I am getting married in NC next month.  One of my duties is to pick 3 beers to have on tap.  As a beer lover, I'd love to only have local beers at this event, but I'm not that familiar with NC beers.  So I'm hoping you could help me.  Below is a list of my options.  I like IPA's, so I'd want one of those.  I also feel like ambers probably have the most mass appeal, so maybe one of those also.  Please just let me know, of the options below, which are the best choices, and which I shouldn't miss.  I'd really appreciate it, and hope you enjoy the exercise.  THANKS!

Green Man ESB (AVL, NC)
Mother Earth Endless River Kolsch (Kinston, NC)
Natty Greene’s Buckshot Amber (Greensboro, NC)
Highland Gaelic Ale (AVL, NC)
Pisgah Pale Ale (Black Mountain, NC)
Pisgah Red Devil (Black Mountain, NC)
Big Boss Bad Penny Brown Ale (Raleigh, NC)

My preliminary list would be:

Mother Earth Endless River Kolsch (Kinston, NC)
Highland Gaelic Ale (AVL, NC)
Carolina Brewery Flagship IPA (Chapel Hill, NC)

Up to you if you want to get more Asheville in there.

For a wedding in Asheville I would stick with the Asheville Brewers.

My choices would be Highland Galic, Greenman ESB, Asheville Ninja Porter.

Unless you really know your crowds taste don't assume everyone likes "flavorful" beer. The Kolsh is a great one, Gaelic Ale is awesome, and either the ESB from Green Man or Pisgah Pale would round out my three choices that are all "safe" choices for crowds. Everything on your list looks great to me. If you want a dark choice go with the Bad Penny

All great advice!  I suppose it would be wise to appeal to the masses.  Thank you all for your thoughts.  Very much appreciated.  And from the sound of things, I need to spend more time in NC drinking beer.  I think I can swing that.
