75(ish) minute IPA

Got this one into the fermenter late Sat night.

6 gallons
OG 1.069

6.5# Pilsner
5# Munich I
1.5# Cara-amber
5 oz Acidulated
1# Table Sugar

Mash @151 for 1 hour

75 minute boil
1.5 oz Citra (13.9%)
.5 oz Simcoe (12.2%)
.5 oz Warrior (16.7%)

Mixed all hops together and then added .25oz to the kettle every 7.5 mins from the start of the boil.  Just didn't have it in me to stand there and sprinkle them in for that "authentic" dogfish hopping.

.5L starter Wyeast 1272 fermenting in the 66-68 range.

Plan to dry hop for 1 week with:
1 oz Citra
1 oz Columbus
.5 oz Simcoe
