Carbonating a Black IPA ?
« on: September 19, 2011, 11:33:24 AM »
I will be cabonating a Black IPA later this week. I had planned on keeping the temperature at 38 degrees. I am looking for advice on what PSI I should use.

Depends on how many volumes you want, but here is a table:

I brew, therefore, I have homebrew.

Thanks, I have the chart and was going to set it at a psi of 6. I over cabonated the last one, and was curious about suggestions. I called Brewmaster and was told 18 psi, that sounded way to high to me.
