Fiery Ron's Home Team BBQ, located at 2209 Middle Street Sullivan's Island, SC, will host a Stone Brewing Company Beer Dinner on November 11th at 6:30pm. The evening will begin with a welcome reception featuring Specialty Home Team Nachos & Stone Levitation Ale followed by a four course meal created by Chef Taylor Garrigan.
* 1st Course: Seared Snapper served over an Oyster Stew with Porter Jus Ribbons. Served with Stone Smoked Porter
* 2nd Course: Seasonal Salad of Roasted Baby Carrots, Beets, Radishes, and Spiced Pecans tossed with Mixed Greens dressed with lemon juice and truffle oil. This will be paired with a wedge of White Buck cheese. Served with the Stone Ruination IPA
* 3rd Course: Smoked Porter Braised Short Ribs, pressed and served with a warm Salad of Seasonal Potatoes and Seared Bone of Lamb Rack with Arugula Salad. Served with dueling Bastards Stone Oaked & Arrogant Bastard Ale
* 4th Course: Banana Pudding with Caramelized Bananas and Fresh Mint Served with Stone Stout
$50 per person includes a four course meal with beer pairings, a 16 oz. Stone Brewing Co. souvenir glass and live music by Guilt Ridden Troubadour.
