Underneath each post you should see a "report to moderator" link. This should get the job done. If you can't see the link for some reason, let me know.

Bottom of the entire post. I think it's the "notify" button.

When I click that I get "Are you sure you wish to enable notification of new replies for this topic?"  so I don't think that's the one

Ok, it's clear that the link isn't showing up for you guys. No one else needs to post about it. I am looking into why it shows up for some accounts and not all accounts.

Regardless, it's only once every 3 or four months that this feature is needed (mostly for spam posts) so no one needs to be too concerned about it.
