Just an update.

There are 4 seats left for this dinner, I hope there are some beerinators reserved on the list. Just got word from Stone that there will be some "funk in the trunk" for this dinner. Take that how you will.

Thanks for helping to sell out another Brixx Beer Dinner. We will try to have tickets available to the next beer dinner which is in the works, and with the nice weather right around the corner, we may be able fill up the patio and get some live music going.

Thanks Again,

Hope to see both of you there. Perhaps we can get a table together. Maybe with Dustin from Terrapin.

you know what sucks? buying two tickets for a beer dinner, and then completely forgetting about it.

so who went?

Youch, that suuuuuucks. I wondered why I didn't see you there.  Empty!

Mrs. Tibet and I made it...we ran into afatty and saw a few other b'nators out there. I don't know what everyone else's impression was, but I thought the food was really good and some of the pairings - the asparagus bisque & Terrapin Rye Squared and Terrapin Dos Cocoas and the so-called "Tres Cocoas" dessert - were outstanding.

Even though the Sierra Nevada beers are less exciting, we're considering hitting the next beer dinner up at Brixx...

Had a great time as well. Beer and food were paired nicely. I also loved the Asparagus bisque with the Rye Squared. Made some new friend's, it was a really nice event!

Only a minor complaint, is that some of the beer's originally posted, differed from what was actually presented. I was looking forward to both Stone and Terrapin's Belgian Ipa's. Maybe I read the original post wrong.  Confused

Still not sure what the Stone "Funk in the trunk" post was all about? That had me really curious?
