Mash at 152 F:
10# Dark Munich Malt
10# Light Munich Malt
5# Vienna Malt
1# Caramunich III
4 oz Carafa II
1 oz Perle, AA 7.8 60 min, 40 min
1 oz Halletauer, AA 4.0, 20 min
1 oz Halletauer, 10 min
1 oz Tetnanger, AA 3.8, KO
Ferment at ambient (46-52F) with Wyeast 2206
I brew, therefore, I have homebrew.
